The standard method of adding printers will probably not work for Printing to AUD Network printers.Please use the "Alternate Method" below...

Open any folder.
Go to the address bar. Click on the blank space in the address bar,
then type "\\luna\" (without the quotes). Press <enter>
2. If adding from your Personal computer, type your AUD Network username and password, click
"OK" button. Be sure to include "archon\" before your AUD Network ID as shown. If not, skip to next step.
3. Select the printers you want to add
Press and hold the Control key on your keyboard and left clicking on each printer.
Right click or click on one of the selected Printers and click Connect in the drop down menu
4. Click "Install driver" button when prompted as shown below. Do this for all subsequent prompts.
5. When prompted for permission, enter your computer administrator account password and click "Yes."
6. To verify Printers added, type Printers in Search bar on Lower left section of Taskbar as per screenshot below...
7. In the Printers & Scanners System Settings screen, verify all AUD Printers added successfully as per screenshot below...
Windows needs to download and install a software driver from the \\luna server to print to <AUD printer>. Proceed only if you trust the \\luna server and network.
