How to open another user's calendar manually

 

  1. Click the Calendar Icon at the lower left of your Outlook app to view your Calendars

  2. Click File on the menu bar at top,

  3. select Open & Export in the Left pane,

  4. select Other user’s folder in the right pane

  5. If you know the name of the calendar, type <calendar name> in the empty field and click Ok. Make sure Folder Type: is set to Calendar. 

  6. If you don't know the name, click the Name Icon to open the Global Address List

  7. In the Search field, type AUD then click Go to list the AUD Accounts

  8. Scroll through the accounts list to find the one you need.

  9. Select the name from the list then click Ok

  10. Be sure the Folder Type is set to Calendar. If not, click the drop down menu down arrow to list the Folder types and Select, Calendar. Click Ok  

  11. In the open Calendar, try adding a new entry by double clicking on the preferred day and type a description then press enter

  12. Done
