PRINTING
1) There is an associated per page or per square foot fee when you print to the AUD printers.
The fee is automatically logged to your printing account and the balance is posted to your BruinBill at the end of each month.
You can access your printing account on any of the AUD Network connected computers or EDUROAM Wireless Network Connected Personal Computers..

to view your balance and request refunds for a print job. You may get a security warning when you visit the site, However, it is safe to continue.

2) Setting Up Printers on Your Computer (Perloff Students)
To connect to any of our AUD resources (including printers), you must be connected to one of the following:
a: via ethernet within Perloff Hall - Submit an email support request to activate a port nearest to your workstation.
b: via AUD Lab Computers in room 2200 AUD Computer/Print Lab
c. via Eduroam UCLA Wireless Network. Follow the instructions below to connect the Network and Add the AUD Printers on your Computer.

3) To Review your Printing Account Balance:
Please review your printing accounts for any discrepancies and submit Print Refund requests no later than the last day of each month. Printing charges are submitted the first week of the month. Once charges are submitted to BAR, we will no longer be able to approve refund requests for any print jobs prior to the cutoff date. If you submit a print refund request after the cutoff date, the AUD IT office will only be able to give you credit towards future printing. See below for intranet URL Link...

Note: Print Charges are added to your BAR after the end of each quarter. You will have to add the charges for the 3 months of the quarter to get your total charges for the quarter.
4) Filter User Details for monthly Balance as per Screenshot below
After setting your filters, To request a refund, click the refund/edit hyperlink to the right of the Print job in question. Please be sure to include reason for refund request. See screenshot below
4a) In the Filter options, set the date from the 1st to the last of the month then, scroll down to (Any Paper Status) and select Produced paper from the drop-down list. This will give you your actual printing balance when you click the PDF export button.
5) Export/Print Print Jobs and Balance to PDF/CSV/HTML
Click one of the 3 Export/Print Options at the lower left of the page to view/print your monthly account information

Please note that you will get a warning when you click on either of these links. It's OK to click Advanced button and continue to website. Follow the steps on the website to install your printers. On Safari browser, just bypass the security warnings and continue to website. If you are unable to access the Mobility Printing webpage, please don't hesitate to contact the AUD HELPDESK via phone or E-mail (we are currently in the process of updating the PaperCut Web App to resolve the security warning issues)
